No—guest checkout is available. Creating an account allows you to:

How can I track my order?

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries/regions. If your destination isn’t available at checkout, email support@tinsondesignofficial.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs charges required by your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
My order seems delayed—what should I do?
Delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, or customs clearance.

Tracking shows “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package.
Please check:
around your delivery location (mailroom, lobby, safe place)
with household members or neighbors
with your building reception/front desk

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
unused and unopened
in original packaging

Can I return opened or used items?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns for opened or used items.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery atsupport@tinsondesignofficial.com and include:

clear photos of the item
clear photos of the outer packaging (if available)
We’ll review your request and work with you on the next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Are your products safe to use?
Our products are intended for everyday household use when used as directed.

What materials are your products made of?
Materials vary by product (e.g., fabric, plastic, metal, glass, wood, ceramic). Each product page includes the material details and key specifications.

Do your products have a smell when first opened?
Some items—especially those made from fabric, foam, rubber, plastic, or sealed packaging—may have a mild “new product” odor when first opened.
This typically fades after airing out in a well-ventilated area for 24–72 hours.
How should I clean and maintain the products?
Care depends on the item. General guidance:
wipe with a soft cloth for routine cleaning
avoid harsh chemicals unless the product listing states they are safe
keep away from high heat or direct sunlight when applicable

Are the colors and sizes exactly the same as the photos?

measurements may vary slightly due to manual measuring
