Tinson Design is created for real homes and everyday living. To avoid unnecessary warehousing, overstock, and extra emissions, many of our items ship directly from trusted manufacturing partners and global fulfillment centers.

  1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee

We prepare every Tinson Design order with care.

Standard processing: 2–4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment
Peak seasons (holidays / New Year): processing may take up to 5 business days

Flat-rate shipping: $5.99 per order (all destinations)

Please note:

tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after a shipping label is created
if tracking doesn’t update right away, your package may still be moving through the carrier network

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by your country are paid by the customer
Tinson Design isn’t responsible for delays caused by customs inspections/clearance

Customs charges are uncommon for small home/household items, but rules vary by country.

  1. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to keep delivery moving.

To request an address change or cancellation, contact support@tinsondesignofficial.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order enters processing, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email support@tinsondesignofficial.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange a free replacement.

Lost in transit

If the carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost
