Return & Refund Policy

At Tinson Design, we want you to feel great about what you bring into your home. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you through the return and refund process. Please read the terms below before submitting a request.
- Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following must be met:
Request is made within 30 days of delivery
Item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in the same condition received (no wipe/cleaning marks)
Item is in original packaging, including any manuals, accessories, hardware/fasteners, tags, protective films, and seals (if applicable)
You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
For product integrity and safety, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used/installed, show visible wear (scratches, stains, etc.), are missing components, or have damaged/broken seals.
- Non‑Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or installed products
Items marked Final Sale / Non-returnable
Gift cards
Free gifts or promotional items
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation/handling, or normal wear and tear
Opened cleaning/consumable products (e.g., refill oils, cleaners), where applicable
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
your order number
a short description of the issue
clear photos/videos of the item and packaging (outer box, protective materials, and shipping label)
After review, and if approved, we may provide replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund—depending on the situation.
- How to Start a Return
To request a return authorization, contact our support team:

Include your order number and the reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
- Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Tinson Design isn’t responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:
refunds are issued to the original payment method
allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (timing depends on your bank/payment provider)
original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item)
- Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company (posting times vary)
Contact your bank (processing delays are common)
If you’ve done the above and still don’t see the refund, email support@tinsondesignofficial.com.
- Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel it
If the order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process (if eligible)
- Return Address (Authorized Returns Only)
All returns must be authorized first. You must obtain Tinson Design’s return instructions (e.g., label requirements and any shipping guidelines) before sending anything back.
